The short version
This preview includes administrator access for managing activities. Visitors do not need an account to browse. Aotearoa Club has no payment features, advertising trackers, or added analytics scripts.
The contact brief
The contact page uses the information you enter to create a downloadable text file in your browser. The form does not send that information to a server, save it in browser storage, or deliver a message. The downloaded file remains on your device until you remove it.
Activity submissions and enquiries
When you submit an activity, school or studio, or promotion enquiry, we store your name, email, organisation, and the details you provide in our Neon database. The authorised club administrator uses these details to review the submission and contact you about it. Contact details and submissions are not published automatically. We keep submissions while reviewing and managing the enquiry; you can request correction or removal by replying to the club when contacted. We do not send automated confirmation emails or subscribe you to marketing.
For abuse prevention, a short-lived keyed hash of the requesting network address is used to limit submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored in the submissions database. These rate-limit records expire after two hours and are cleared on later submissions. Hosting providers may separately process request logs.
Hosting and requests
This site is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, your browser requests pages and assets from the hosting service. The provider may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, and browser information as part of operating and securing the service.
Cookies and local storage
Administrator sign-in uses Neon managed authentication. It stores the administrator email, verification and session records, and uses authentication cookies to keep the administrator signed in. Activity filter selections appear in the page URL; they are not saved in cookies or local storage. Ordinary browsing does not require sign-in.
Images and links
Photographs are sourced from Pexels and Unsplash and served with the website. Following a link to another website is subject to that website’s own privacy practices.
